Question 19

1.    Based on your BOTH your quantitative and qualitative analysis, make 3 recommendations (for each one you must make refererence to evidence supporting your comments). At least one recommendation must be based on quantitative analysis and at least one must be based on qualitative analysis and these should be clearly indicated

there are some questions about data analysis that need to answer, and in Question 19 you have to answer around 500 words of 3 recommendations. I have done the quantitative and qualitative analysis already, you can also help me to correct it if you think there is somethings wrong.
