Paper instructions:
Each student will submit a research paper involving an analysis of intercultural communication issues in the workplace. The student will choose a workplace context: business organization, non-profit organization or international/overseas work. The research paper will identify, describe, and discuss the most significant cultural pattern(s) which would influence communication within a business setting and/or organization context. The paper will also suggest strategies to overcome barriers to successful business relations as well as ways to enhance intercultural communication and create inclusive organizations.
