– Initiation: Baptism vs. Shahadeh

– Where we encounter God: Eucharist vs. Q’uran

– The identity of the community: the “sacramental people of God” vs. the Ummah

– How we become reconciled to the community after hurting our relationship with it: Sacramental reconcilation vs. Ramadan penance? (I’m not sure what the Islamic equivalent wd be precisely)
