classified/sensitive information

Paper instructions:
in the last few years, there have been several cases in which “classified/sensitive information” was released to the general public by government/military employees. Three people who are much discussed for this behavior are (1) Julian Assange, (2) Edward Snowden and (3) Julian Barnes.
1.    For each name listed, give a brief (3 to 5 good sentences) explanation of their actions.
2.    Research in more detail one of the three and then summarize the details and the history of their situation. (This should be more than one page). Your summary should contain at least five citations of credible information sources.
3.    Answer the following questions for the scenario you have been given. Recall the distinctions between illegal, immoral and unethical. The focus here should be on ethics.

6.    What would you have done as a member of the U.S. Government with jurisdiction over the material?
7.    What do you believe is most ethical manner for the individual whose circumstances you studied to be handled by the government and legal system?
