Ceromonial Speech

A ceromonal speech will need to be written. Attached will be 3 documents.
1) Description of the assignment. 2) Outline worksheet for special occasion speech 3) Grading/Rubric sheet. It will be up to you to pick a person you will talk about BUT this person must be relevent/worldy. (You will understand the assignments task once you read all instructions and review all necessary documents. I will need two papers from you 1) An outline (Which I will use to help me read the speach i class *outline must follow the example outline step by step) 2) A 4-5 minute essay version of the outline that I can also use to read and present in class *This essay should follow the instructions details and most importantly help me show the audience that I know who I am talking about) Please have in mind that the person you choose to talk about should be well known and interesting, talk about his/hers/its qualifications or positive personal qualities.
