I need you to write an essay about the following:
I will attach you two Case Studies on which the paper is based.

Then please, separately first do one case study and then the next one. Both can be in the same word document, but I want you to first analayse one and then the next one, so there is no mix up

of facts within the paper.

I want you to summarize each Case Study with about 1,5 – 2 pages. Then please apply three Concepts.

– Use the Tripple A Strategy, adaptation, aggregation and arbitrage. Which ones apply, and explain.
– Then Use the Cage Framework at the country level for foreign markets , Distance effects. Cultural Distance, Administrative Distance, Geogrpahic Distance and Economic Distance . (I will attach

a sheet on which you can base your findings)
– At last, please apply the Hofstde Framework to the case studies
– Also, please describe what kind of Company Apple is or what Strategy there are using, Multinational, Global, Transnational or International.

Last thing: Don’t use any sources other than the two case Studies and the CAGE Sheet that i have uploaded. Only if you need to find information about the strategies and then only use websites

that I can also access.
