Conflict Coaching Research and Practice publishes

scholarship on re ationships between theory, research and practice in the conflict coaching field to promote more professional applications.
As the fields of coaching and conflict management experience exponential growth,there is a need for a scholarlyjournal to promote quality
research in the merging ofthose fields into the growing practice of conflict coaching. Articles may focus on any aspect ofthe conflict
coaching process or context, but a primary focus isthe behaviour, role and impact ofthe coach in supporting clientsto effectively handle
conflict. AI theoretical and methodologica orientations are welcome. Submission of scholarship witht e following emphasis is encouraged:
-Analysis of different conflict coaching models and approaches;

Consideration of relevant conflict coaching skills and

techniques;

Consideration of conflict coaching in a variety of conflict contexts including family, organizational, and

education

contexts;

Cultural factors that may impact on the effectiveness of conflict coaching;

Particular considerations for conflict

coaching where there is a direct and an indirect client involved;

Legal and ethical issues related to conflict coaching;

Ev aluations of the effectiv eness of conflict coaching;

Interdisciplinary analyses of conflict coaching providing insights applicable

across conflict coaching

contexts;

-The state ofthe evolving field of conflict coaching.

Adefining focus for the journal is the

relationship between theory, research and practice. All articles should specifically addressthe implications oftheory for practice and
research directions, how research can better inform practice, or how research can contribute to theory developmentwith iméaortant
implicationsfor practice. Manuscript Preparation GuideIinesAII submissions should be prepared according to the Chicago tyle Manual (18th
ed., University of Chicago Press).

Double-space everything in the manuscript, including quotes and reference sections. Indent the first

line of paragraphs and leave no extra space between paragraphs. Margins should be at least one-inch wide, and there should be no more than
250 words per manuscript page.

Textwriting should be directed to a multidisciplinary audience and be as readable and practical as

Bossible. Illustrate theoretical ideas with specific examples, explain technical terms in nontechnical language, and keep the style clear.
