Finding the right accounting software is easier using the Internet. Holiday Builders is a mid-sized construction company that builds 300 houses per year in the $300,000 price range. The company builds in both established developments and on owner’s lots. The company has outgrown its current accounting system with anticipated growth of 25% per year over the next five years.

Procedure/Method
Using an Internet search engine, find five accounting programs suitable for Holiday Builders needs. A system that will help them keep up with increasing costs and changing product demand. After identifying each software package that you wish to learn more about, gather as much information as you can from each company’s website.

Then, find at least two software reviews for each brand of software program you are considering.
Note: It is recommended that reviews should be from reputable Web sites that have the credentials to review such software.

Deliverables and format
Use the following template to list your research findings. The template should:
List four software companies you identified from your research.
List what you perceive to be the strengths and weaknesses of each software package.
List what the reviews indicate are the strengths and weaknesses of each software package.
Rank each software package from best to worst.
