Lean Six Sigma project

conduct a Lean Six Sigma project within an organization. The project basically is to apply the DMAIC method to any organization. So I need the following to be included :
1. Identify project domain (should contain where you will do your project, what problem you will address and what sources of data you will have available. One Page is enough)
2. Conduct Lean Six Sigma Project Report :
– Six Sigma – Define (This part should include the project charter, business case, process diagrams, fishbone diagrams, pareto diagrams, etc. of data necessary to define the project)
– Six Sigma – Measure
– Six Sigma – Analyze ( This part must include all the analysis needed PLUS regression Analysis & regression Anova Analysis)
– Six Sigma – Improve
– Six Sigma – Control
3. There’re some Excel tools that is required to be used in the project. So I uploaded them. Also, I uploaded a sample Report(  use it as a guideline)
