Questions:
1. Analyze Virginia state political style especially the use of the Dillon’s rule, and suggest one thing that could be changed or improved like (the use of the Dillon’s rule, part-time legislators, non-consecutive terms on governors, ext. Support your suggestions with some research.
2. There has been a growing divide between the urban liberal northern Virginia and the conservative rural Virginia, but this divide stems more from a clash of rural issues vs. urban issues. What can be done to lessen this divide? Give some suggestions and back up your argument with research.
