Individually interview two people: a teacher, college senior, parent, employer, a recent graduate, someone who never attended college, etc. (Please interview only one family member – move beyond your comfort zone.) Ask them their opinions about the value of a college education. Please record each interview to the best of your ability – video or audio would be great – so that you have direct quotes you can use in the project. At the very least, have a still photo of your subject and a written transcript.

2. Summary/Reflection. (Due Monday at 11; 59 pm) Individually, write one 500+ word document in which you:

a. Summarize each interview in no more than 100 words each.
b. Choose one quote from each interview that you thought was particularly interesting & explain why.
c. Reflect on how they relate to at least two of the course readings. Make any other connections you see to any of our other class readings, discussions, or mini- lectures.
d. Reflect on your own opinion (whatever it is now) of the value of a college education and if that has been influenced by your interviews.
e. Submit your assignment in DOC or PDF format using the link above.
