The summary part of this research paper is already done. I provided it with all of the required documentation within this order. This project is a 10 page research document. Extremely caution need to be take when develop this paper, no plagiarism is tolerate. Just in case, if you need to know what is the textbook we’re using in this class, here it’s:

– Bullying, School Violence
1. What are the etiology and causes of bullying behavior and school violence (e.g., genetic, environmental, learned-behavior? etc.). What are the risk and protective factors? What are the psychological effects of bullying and school violence for victims, bystanders, and perpetrators, families, school staff? Also discuss racial/cultural issues as it pertains to violence particularly involving discrimination and prejudice.
2. What are ways teachers and/or parents can prevent school violence and bullying and, what are specific research-based and school-based interventions to eliminate/reduce it? Use content from the course to determine the educational and/or psychological theory that the intervention is based, and justify its effectiveness.
Research Project
Students must prepare an 10 page paper responding to a particular topic assigned by the instructor. The paper must be written in APA format (cover page, abstract, and references do NOT count as part of the page limit, and students must use 12-point Times New Roman font). The paper must include the appropriate headings. All sources should be properly acknowledged and included in a reference list at the end of the paper. The paper must include citations from at least 10 references, of which at least 5 references should be from articles published in peer-reviewed journals. The instructor will discuss in class the requirements and steps for your review of articles and journals. The manuscript should be prepared according to the APA manual guidelines and reflect critical thinking skills and writing ability. This will be evaluated using the following criteria:
(a) Appropriateness of the literature (e.g., peer-reviewed journals) and data reviewed and summarized/cited in the manuscript. A thorough review of the literature on the topic must be conducted. A minimum of 5 peer-reviewed journal articles must be referenced.
(b) Emphasis and elaboration of the topic (i.e., issue, comparison or question) selected and integration of the research literature reviewed, as well as applying and integrating content covered in the course into the topic.
(c) Consideration of how the topic also applies to culturally and linguistically diverse students. In other words, how do cultural factors (e.g., ethnicity, age, gender, language, family background/values) play a role in this topic, and/or how do teachers/practitioners become culturally responsive to address this topic?
(d) Examples in applied settings (i.e., bridge the gap between theory and application in learning settings).
Writing clarity, organization, and successful integration of the literature are considered when determining full credit for the above stated criteria
