This study has divided into five chapters:
1.    Chapter One: Introduction, the chapter aim is to provide the background information about the research problem and objectives.
2.    Chapter Two: Saudi Arabian context: the chapter provides an understanding of the historical background of the Saudi culture, religion and women in Saudi Arabia.
3.    Chapter Three: The Literature Review; this chapter examines previous research and scholarly material pertaining to leadership issues of Saudi women in term of issue of women leaders, social cultural factors, gender and leadership, women in management, empowerment, life-style conflicts and personal factors.
4.    Chapter Four: The Methodology; this chapter described the methods that chosen for this study.
5.    Chapter Five: The Findings and Discussion: provides the analysis of the data collected and discusses findings.
6.    Chapter Six: Recommendations and conclusion: this chapter concludes the thesis with a summary of the findings followed by recommendations and limitation of this study.
