Why don’t you try to do Question 3 again. Remember you should look at the argument in 608b-612b in the Republic. That is where the argument for the good of justice in and of itself is found. Once you replicate this argument, then you can evaluate it and possibly answer the question concerning what this “peculiar”, “particular” good of the soul has to the Forms Good/Justice. The first premise of the argument in Book X is this: (1) Everything has a “peculiar”, “particular” good, etc., etc.
