Global Star Enterprises (GSE) head office has received some negative feedback from its branch manager at the New South Wales office (NSW), regarding the overall morale within the workplace.
The NSW branch is composed of about 25% people from various cultural backgrounds, with the rest 75% being of Australian-origin.
The manager at the NWS office seems to think that the problem is stemming from the information being interpreted differently by different staff members, leading to disagreements amongst staff. He is consulting with the head office in order to find a solution that will best serve the organisation.
The goal is to improve workplace relationships.
Imagine that you are the manager at the NSW branch; you need to meet this goal by addressing the following questions.
