The daily log completed by each student when the internship commences will act as a record of activities undertaken, and asks students to briefly reflect on them. This reflective portfolio will be used to prompt the deeper reflection which is required for the reflective portfolio report.
Questions you should be asking yourself when completing your daily logs include:
• Did I understand what was required of me today?
• How well was I able to find and use information to do the task?
• Did I handle the task/situation in a way that worked well? Could I have approached things differently?
• Did I get information across effectively?
• Was I informed and knowledgeable in the area of the tasks today? Do I need to do more study/reading in a particular area?
The reflective portfolio will consist of the completed logs. Using your reflective portfolio, students are required to submit a reflective report which analyses and comments on the student’s critical self-assessment of their professional development over the work placement. The reflective portfolio and the self-ratings on degree of autonomy during the internship should be used to assist answering the following questions:
1. Give an overview of the structure of business and the work they do. If you did a simulation, choose one of the case study businesses to overview. Describe how the work you performed related to this structure. You can use diagrams, pictures, tables, graphs etc.
2. How did your studies in this course prepare you to do this work? Please include technical accounting skills and generic professional skills (e.g. communication, team work).
3. What skills did you develop through the internship/simulation?
4. What did you learn about your own strengths and what areas do you feel you have to further develop?
5. How has the internship/simulation clarified or changed your intentions about the type of accounting work you want to do? If not, how has it reinforced your perceptions of accounting work?

2-Reflective report= for the report I will upload a file which is in my words and some is copy also I need you to change it to your own words also if you can add something useful it will be ok but make sure there is information about me don’t change it.

Font should be 12pt times roman, 1.5 x line spacing, at least 3cm left margin and all work appropriately referenced using Harvard Referencing system.
All citations MUST be in the TAFE Harvard format.
Marks will be deducted for incorrect format of citations and reference lists, missing citations and inadequate number of citations.
Make sure references in text including page number.
