F. Personal Philosophy of Leadership Paper Write a 10-page philosophy of leadership paper (title page and bibliography not included in this page count) that incorporates the following sections: (1) the biblical foundations of leadership including a supported definition of leadership, (2) an overview of your own leadership development to date, and (3) your leadership development plan for the next twelve months (i.e., how do you specifically plan to develop your leadership skills over the coming year?). The paper is to be double-spaced following Turabian formatting and should include a title page and table of contents (not included in the 10 page text), paper introduction, section headings, well-developed sections, a conclusion, footnotes, page numbers in the upper right –hand corner, and a “Works Cited” section, reflecting a minimum of 8 leadership book resources. Two of the eight book resources are to come from the required books for this class. Page numbers should appear in the upper right-hand corner of pages with text (not the title page).
