1: If you were a teacher who wanted to promote more of the qualities (care, trust, and diversity) associated with the “foundation” of the metaphorical school house, how would you do it? Feel free to explore in your answer. Be sure to explain in detail how this will work and what the positive outcome will be in the end.

2: We all have experienced “good” and “not-so-good” working environments. Reflect upon these, and relate them. Then identify what was different between the two that created the disparate evaluation. Next, using a positive psychology construct (similar to hope; how could you redesign that “not-so-good” experience?
