Khamis is employed as a salesman for Royal Golden Ladies’ Fashions.  He is required to travel around the UAE to sell dresses to shop owners.  One day he was not feeling well but still decided to go to work.  While he was driving into Sharjah city he did not notice that the traffic lights had changed and he went through a red light.  His car hit another car, driven and owned by Saif, that was crossing the junction. Because of the accident Saif was thrown out of his car as he was not wearing a seat belt.  As he came down he hit a pedestrian, Chandra, who was crossing the road and as a result Chandra’s arm was broken.
