Kevin does not like his neighbour, Mark.  Mark is a doctor and is well known in his community.  One night, while in the Co-op, Rehab overheared Kevin telling a friend of his, Khalifa, that Mark used illegal drugs.  Mark does not in fact use illegal drugs.  Rehab then told the story to Munira.
Munira, a reporter for a local newspaper, the Abu Dhabi Times, published an article in the Abu Dhabi Times stating that Mark uses illegal drugs.
