Application of Internationalisation Theories

Apply International Business concepts, especially internationalisation theories,toexplain the internationalisation of the company you have chosen for your report. You can apply a single theory or more theories to your case.
For example:
    Uppsala model (e.g., Johanson & Vahlne, 1990)
    OLI Paradigm (e.g., Peng & Meyer, 2011)
    Springboard perspective (Luo & Tung, 2007).
    LLL framework (Mathews, 2006)
Also other International Business concepts discussed in the lecture, or in other modules, can be applied to analyse the internationalisation of the company.
