Consider a ‘social problem’ (in Australian context). Choose ONE of the three key sociological perspectives discussed in weeks 2-4 to explain the phenomenon. In your answer, you will need to demonstrate some understanding of the nature and extent of the ‘problem’ before applying your chosen sociological theory. You will need to use at least 8 authoritative sources (journal articles, textbooks, etc.).
