Brief Abstract:
Technopreneur will provide an Electronic Information Dashboard System to Riyadh Local Government in Saudi Arabia to monitor and performance measurement to their local
hospital. The system will feature the performance level of local hospitals (based on customer review/feedback and survey that Local Governement held) provide patients
with their electronic medical history. The patients can also make an appointment with a doctor for checking up or with a hospital for an operation, request for an e-
prescription if they are unable to attend.The aim of the Ministry of Health (MoH) of Saudi Arabia, being the core sponsor of the project, is to enhance their ongoing
commitment to improve the overall medical infrastructure of Saudi Arabia. The project will be implemented as a pilot project targeting the inhabitants of Riyadh.This
Project is expected to commence on 5 February 2015 and termination on 17 August 2016 with an approximate cost of 5,000,000. The total duration of the project is
estimated to be 18 monthsThe project will be executed as par the regulation regarding to the e-health in Saudi Arabia, socialization about the implementation plan of
e-health, software life cycle (initiation, user requirement, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance), socialization using e-health system.
Organizations structure:
Project Owner
As the primary source of funding for this project, Minister of Health will provide project team with detail expectations and objectives of the project that have to be
delivered.
Project Manager
Project manager have a responsibility to manage and handle project to ensure the project will be delivered in time and within budget. Project manager will received
weekly reports from each team members and daily monitor team members to make sure the project runs properly. Project manager also have a responsibility to take a
decision according to the project and give a progress report to the project owner.
Information Technology (IT) Manager
IT Manager have a responsibility to ensure the system delivered as required by the project owner. The choice of technology and how to implement the system should be
provide by IT manager and team and be approved by Project Manager and Project Owner before the system will be implement. IT Manager will monitor the development of
system daily and report to the project manager.
Procurement and Finance Manager
Procurement and Finance Manager have a responsibility to procure an equipments, tools and/or services that needed to support the project. Also, Procurement and Finance
Manager will monitor the cash flow of the project to make sure the project will be delivered within budget. Procurement and Finance Manager will generate reports
according to the every procurement and cash flow and report it to the project manager.
Legal and Documentation Manager
Legal and Documentation Manager have a responsibility to take care of licensing issues and regulation at project site. Also, Legal and Documentation Manager will
create all documentation regarding to the project to make it traceable when it needed to be checked. Legal and Documentation Manager will generate reports according to
the project update and legal issues and report to the project manager.
Human Resources and General Affair Manager
Human Resources and General Affair Manager have a responsibility to manage and allocate staff to their task or responsibility and monitor the performances of each team
member and staff. Human Resources and General Affair Manager also will take responsibility in socialization and testing phase to the project owner and other
stakeholder. Human Resources and General Affair Manager will generate reports about the team and staff performances and report it to the project manager.
