We are to be a consulting company that is making recommendations to Kroger as to how to improve their business. The topic we are covering in our section of the report is around “Krogers Corporate Responsability” The three points we want to cover involves Krogers use of Manager Special labled meat and how customers complain. We need to suggest what they can do with this in order to not lose money but still be able to improve their image. Second point is around donating the food that is about to expire or can’t be sold to local communities or their area to help improve their image again and give back tot he community. And last topic is increasing the use of local vendors and farmers in the community (Like having corn grown in Texas) and supporting local vendors. Similar to what H-E-B does with taking the products from local vendors, having people vote on their favorite, and then selling that persons products in their stores from their on out. Basically we are trying to show how Kroger can be a better players in the world and improve their business at the same time.
