Contracting and Construction Company based in the Sultanate of Oman. The Company has
an annual turnover of 8 million Omani Rials. The Company handles all types of construction
projects ranging from Commercial and Residential Complexes. Educational institutions.
Industrial Structures, Roads, MEP work, etc at various sites in the Sultanate of Oman.
As a Project Manager and having handled a number of projects in this Organization. you
would have faced a number of problems such as delay in the completion of a project or cost
overruns etc.
