Paper instructions:
Take notes from the Module 3 PowerPoint Self-paced Lecture, read Chapter 5 and then answer the following questions:
1.Explain how to determine the area under the standard normal curve that lies: (a) to the left of -1.28, (b) to the right of -1.28 and (c) between -1.28 and 1.28.
2.Give one example to explain how to utilize Table Z (at the back of your textbook) or a calculator to find the z-score(s) corresponding to a specified area under the standard normal curve.
3.Based on the information given in the example 4 on page 266 in your textbook, determine where do you stand among all drivers if you spend between 25 and 26 minutes on your daily commute to Valencia
4.Work out the step-by-step examples in Chapter 5.3 page 252 and then on page 253 do the “Try it yourself 1” and then post one specific question.
