Request For Proposal (RFP) Assignment Information

Complete the following portions of the assignment and submit together as one project for grading.

1. Read the RFP information outlining the steps for writing a proposal.

2. Research three companies that sell file storage equipment that you would request bids from if you were shopping for filing equipment for your clinic file room. For

this assignment you will request ten units to be installed by the company. Rule of thumb is to at least request from three vendors at the very least –more is fine but

no less than three. This allows a baseline for comparison of the elements you are defining in the proposal.

3. Using the outline in the information provided create a proposal for the filing equipment. You will have three copies- one for each company you are requesting bids

from for the equipment.

4. Provide a resource page to submit with the website and biography information of each company. (Name, location, website address, etc.).
