• Commenced a new business within the last 2 years; or
• Has redesigned components of its existing business; or
• Re-engineered the existing business in total to support a new business venture.
The assignment will entail describe the aims and objectives of the start up or changes to the existing business, with a discussion of views (based in theory) on the aims and objectives of the
chosen organization. Factors which led to the success or failure of the venture are also to be researched and discussed, utilizing theory to explain why the venture succeed or failed.In the case
of a failed business, recommendations are to be provided as to alternatives may have been employed to make this business a success. If a business is seen as successful, further
recommendations to sustain growth are to be suggested. These are to be based on learnings derived from this course.
