Primus Leaders

Project instructions:
During our class lectures and discussions, we investigated the 6 gifts primus leaders provide, in order to sustain a healthy leadership team. Remember, ?health breeds health.?

This week we focus on [3] people want to serve others, so we provide relationships where they can flesh this out; [4] people want to feel needed, so we provide a sense of ownership on our ministry team.

Part 1: Make a substantive post, choosing either 3 or 4 above, and evaluate or plan how you might, for your present or future team, improve the specific ways you provide for these needs. How are you shaping your programs to be tools to facilitate either ownership or relationship development between your leadership team and students? Be sure to consider how the readings and lessons, in light of our overall course objectives, inform your answer.
