Write a Section of the Case Study

This group assignment is a bit complicated so i will try to explain it as clear as possible.
I am in a group of 3 people and we choose a company (John Lewis Waitrose
http://www.jlpjobs.com/jobs/waitrose-jobs.htm this is the link for more information ) and write a case study about a section for example one of my group member is going to write about the employment engagement and the other one about the culture of the chosen company; i was thinking to writing about individuals in organisations or conflict managment but we can change it if the writer have a better idea. The case study is not going to be marked but is very important because the poster which is the second part of the assignment is based on it. The poster is going to be three individual works of the 3 members of the group but for this order i want my writer to focus only on the case study as this is what i am going to pay for
Each section of the case study will be DESCRIPTIVE in nature and it will outline a particular area of leadership and management within the company. Have a look at an introductory textbook on Organisation and Management as a guidance to the different areas which might be suitable e.g. Buchan D. & Huczunski A. "Organisational Behavior: An Introductory Text", FT Prentice Hall or Mullins, L.J. "Management & Organisational Behaviour", FT Prentice Hall. These are just two examples of hundreds of text books in the general area of Leadership, Management, Organisational Behaviour which you can look at. Your case study will describe practice at your organisation albeit in a written format. You will reference your case study but here the references are more likely to be from newspapers, business databases, company literature etc.
You need to think about what theoretical area you are going to choose for your poster at this stage. You are going to use the case study which you write as a group as the PRACTICE part of your poster. You will critically evaluate a theoretical concept, apply it to your case study organisation and then comment on where and how theory does or does not meet practice. Please remember that the case study does still very much count. It will directly feed into your poster (which is about critiquing the fit between theory and practice). It gives you your “practice” element of your poster comes directly from the case study and is worth 25% of the marks.
So you can see that the two processes have to go hand in hand. You will not be able to produce your poster unless you can describe the practice in your chosen organisation. So, for example, you may decide to choose Shell as your company and "Power and Politics" as your theoretical area for your poster. You need to make sure that you can find enough information on this area for your case study – and clearly you will be able to as this is a massive issue for a global oil company and its leaders.
If a group is working on Shell for their case study, one may look at power and politics, another at conflict management, another at leadership styles, another at organisational culture and a fifth at organisational change. So you each have a theoretical area for your poster. In your case study you will describe the practice at Shell under these five HEADINGS and fully reference the sources of your material which are much likely to be from the press, company reports, trade press, business databases etc. This information may come from journal articles or other academic case studies but you are looking to DESCRIBE practice only.
Your poster is not a presentation – it is a visual piece of work which encapsulates all of the in-depth work which you will have to do inorder to produce it.
