Lease Agreement

The Foundation is renewing lease agreement and for this year we will be switching to a monthly lease agreement since we are in the process of negotiation new rental rates. I need a letter informing our tenants of the change. Could you also include how the economy is changing and for that reason we will be increasing rental rates?
