This assignment requires you to write a 1500 word report answering the following question/s:
Due to recent signs of recovery JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) is considering expanding to one of these countries: Brazil, Russia, or Canada
After gathering information from data bases, journals, websites, case studies, and textbooks apply decision- making techniques to decide

which country is chosen by JLR.
You should communicate your decision-making process to senior management and explain the rationale of your decision. Clearly state any

assumptions you have made.

You should take the role as a consultant making decisions for the justification and presentation to senior management.
This is a hypothetical scenario – therefore you need to use the tools, techniques and analytical skills taught.

In order to secure a mark in this range, a candidate must submit an outstanding answer that could hardly be bettered. In addition to the

criteria identified below for a mark between 70-85%, an answer scoring a mark of 85-100% would show an excellent level of understanding

and critical/analytic skills and originality. For example, such an answer would include new insights and opportunities into JLR’s e-

commerce activities such as online retailing and consumer behavior considering social space and e-business operations which are not drawn

from the literature but from the student’s own critical thinking, and which add something to the existing literature.
As for the decision making part, an answer in this range will have a thorough analysis of the decision making process. It will clearly

justify and document every step in the decision making process. It will demonstrate how the relevant data is collected, will clearly cite

the data sources and will remain factual. It may as well have sensitivity analysis embedded in the answer.
