The end product is a Final Research Paper that presents a comprehensive leadership plan that includes your recommendations based on the concepts you have learned from the documents I send you and outside resources.

Describe in some detail the team with which you will be associated. Use your general knowledge, coursework, and research to accomplish this. Even though you are required to provide general team details, your primary function is leadership; analyze based on this premise.
