Topic: dispute revoke degree and suspension

Instructions:

see attached letter from strayer to dispute the dishonesty of using other paper. I have asked Professor let me re-write and submit the essay but she refused and gave me 0/240 points. I also received email from Dean asking me to pull up my grade and I did try hard to pull to 77% which equal to C. Can you write a dispute and ask them to reconsider that I this is my first time violation and reduce it to warning only without giving me an F, remove suspension and not revoke my degree?
