Do this 1-2x per day for one week and then share if this worked for you. If it did not, what are some of your speculation as to why it did not work for you? Was there a cultural component, personal bias, or religious/spiritual component to your own personal results of this exercise? Do you think you would try this again in the future? Why or why not?
