After reading chapter 3 (Leading your department), we will be doing a bit of foreshadowing. Change is difficult. As a future leader, how you will implement change? You will want to provide your philosophy on change and how you will implement change.

Taking the discussion one step further, share two examples of how leaders you have worked for have 1) implemented change well and 2) not so well.
Write a page double spaced with the reference (textbook) APA style.

This is for your detail to write about, regarding my examples. I don’t know if you have any other example that relates to the education field. I used to work in two schools where the leaders I worked for did not implement change so well. If you could please elaborate to what I have, that would be great. Or if you have other examples which relate to the education field, then that is more than welcome to use your examples instead of mine.
