community within the region affected by the issue presented in the linked article. Additional research outside of the article is not necessary to formulate your responses to the questions below. You may make relevant assumptions based on your understanding of the article, but you should outline any assumptions required to answer the questions. You must draw on course material to demonstrate your comprehension and adapt SCD concepts and strategies to this unique context.

Read through the article and answer the following questions. Remember to use concepts and strategies from this SCD (Sustainable Community Development) Course.
