3. The VVH radiology department currently uses FCFS rule to determine how to sequence patient X-rays. On a typical day, the department collects patient X-ray. Use the data in the Excel file attached below to create schedules using FCFS (first come, first served) and SPT (shortest processing time) sequencing rules. Assuming these data are representative, what rule should the radiology department adopt for sequencing, and why?

Use the data for the total U.S. health expenditure for years 1990-2015 given in the Excel file attached below to forecast the total expenditures for years 2017-2025 with two of the forecasting methods discussed in chapter 13. Explain your reasons for the choice of the forecasting methods. Which model do you believe offers the best forecast? Why?
