Changes in family life – outline and explain this social issue by using two theoretical approaches (Parsons and Feminist)
Firstly, Introduce first theoretical approach (Parsons) in a general way – evaluate why it is important and explore criticisms of it.
Introduce second theoretical approach (Feminism) in a general way – evaluate why it is important and explore criticisms of it.
Apply how both theoretical approaches link to changes in family life – what have they said ?, what values do they hold?, what do they highlight very well about the area?, are there any problems or limits with these approaches?.
*it is fine if the two approaches pull on different aspects of the social issue*
