1. Introduction
1.1 Background
We are students of the College of Business Administration for a second year; We have a project in E-business course. Our project is to create a program application which serves the community and helps the families who need assistance in housekeeping. The application allows the families to hire maids temporarily without bearing the cost of recruitment and immigration fees and saving time and effort.
1.2 Aim & Objective
Getting some help in the homework is good especially for working individuals and non-workers when exposed to unexpected circumstances. However, the challenge is often to find a maid who easily adapts to household duties. Therefore, the choice of suitable maid needs good attention, especially about understanding the legal controls and the costs of hiring and guarantee of your personal maid. Care application provides you with the service of hiring a maid according to the length required with specifications from the customer.
• Renting a maid for any desired length by the client
• Diminishing the cost and time spent in recruiting or searching for a maid
• Providing appraisal for good maids
• Providing a period of test for clients who wish to recruit maids for a year.
• Taking feedback from clients to enhance the services provided
1.3 Project justification
Today, the demand of households for temporary maids has been increasing; they need maids to clean, give attention to their children, cooking and so on. To hiring a maid by phone and go to take the maid from the company it takes time and effort. Therefore, we choose to make an application for our service so that it becomes easier and efficient for our customer to order a maid.
2. Literature Review
2.1 Environment Analysis
It is important in Strategic management to analyze your surroundings and yourself, to find what is you in the marketplace and what can you be in the future. By this way, you will keep survival and compete well.
2.1.1 SWOT Analysis
SWOT analysis is a process to assesses internal and external environment of an organization ( strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). This area is about the services that the Care Application will offer them to the customers.
Strengths
There are several advantages for Care services . Care Company have an integrated training program to the labor for six months to improve their skills in different aspects; then it evaluates the worker, if they are good or still need training. Trained worker is a major strength of Care services which the workers are prepared to do several tasks effectively. Also, the maids able to speak Arabic and English languages.
Weaknesses
Just like any other business, Care company may face some challenges. A primary weakness is the working hours for the stuff which are very long. Also, they will deal with different households in a different location it can make them confused.
Opportunities
One of the major opportunities for Care company is the presence of large untapped market in this area. For that, it has a large capital pool for the expansion and the growth of market share in the region.
Threats
Kingdom’s vision 2030 is considered to reduce the foreign labor in the Saudi Arabia. That will affect the availability of labor in our services.

The social factor is considered a critical factor today because social factors relate to the pattern of behavior, tastes, and lifestyles. Change of the age structure of population alters over time. People today tend to use social media, websites for shopping because it is smooth, faster and effective to use less time more than traditional ways. So buying by using application will affect positively in Care application and will attracting more customers and then increasing the profits.
Legal factors
Law and rules are continually updated, and they are improved to support customer protection and provide safety services. For that, the clients today are confidence to put their personal information. However, the legal factors give Care application strength point in such a high security which the customers feel comfortable.
Economic factors
The economy runs through a series of changes and many platforms associated with worldwide recession and expansion in economic activity. Kingdom’s vision 2030 as mentioned before it will affect the foreign labor in Saudi Arabia and that will change negatively in Care Company.

The political factor will play a significant and base role in all businesses. In Care application, there is policies and rule based on government rules and ethically considered which the customers must agree to complete the ordering. The main policy promises to respect the worker.
Technology factors
Care Application provide online services, and nowadays technology plays a significant role and makes hugely change in the world with many aspects of our lives. Many people now use websites and applications to purchasing, because it is more comfortable than before, and save the time.

One of the prominent developments that have been brought about by technological advancement includes online ordering for labor, unlike other competitors companies. And that makes Care company have a competitive advantage in the market.

The marketplace is full of companies who have an application. So, maybe in the future Care Company will have a big competing with others.

We strive to be the best care application by providing quality and efficient home maids’ services to meet our customer expectations and satisfaction. Our customers are allowed to access the services through the application and request maids for specific hours, days, months or years. We also seek to provide maids who are fit, dependable and well-trained to meet the family needs. The application also reduces the cost to the customer as it saves the cost of recruitment, immigration, and accessories (Accommodation fees, travel tickets, medical insurance and others). In addition, Work-life balance is an essential element of the project. The maids work eight hours a day, six days a week and eleven months a year. The maids are also provided with a flight ticket every year to visit their families
