Final project guidelines:
- Title page
- Overview of the topic and how it relates to performance management
- Literature review
- Summary of the key points/issues in the literature review
- What you learned from the literature review and how it applies to current HR leaders
Each student will identify and select an appropriate problem pertaining to his/her particular work environment and perform a systematic literature review of the issue. The final product, complete with a minimum of 5 references, should be 8-12 pages in length, not including title page. The paper should be double-spaced, using Times New Roman 12cpi, with a title page and APA citation of references. Sources used for academic writing should be academically based, scholarly sources.
Each student will design a PowerPoint presentation (to be submitted to a separate assignment). The purpose of the presentation is to share what you found and learned in your research in visual form. The presentation should include 8-10 slides outlining the major points of the final project. It should be organized as if you were presenting to a group of HR directors in a seminar setting.
