Production and Operations Management for a Small Leather Business Firm

A small leather business located in Texas focuses on hand-crafted, hand-tooled custom leather products. The owner of the business started the business five years ago, and is currently planning on purchasing land in order to construct a large building that can help increase the production of custom leather products. His long-term goal is to have a retail location.
