What is psychological law of consumption?

This theory of consumption was given by Keynes. The consumption function is based on Keynes’ psychological law of consumption. The law states that:
There is a certain amount of minimum consumption which will take place at zero level of income due to presence of survival needs.
Increase in income implies increase in consumption
The size of increase in income is more than the size of increase in consumption.
