Assumptions of Circular Flow of Income & Expenditure

There exist only two sector in the economy.
Factor services owned by households are provided by them only to the firms and conversely firms hire factors of production only from households.
Households buy their consumption needs only from the firms.
Firms sell all their output to the households only.
All the factor payment received is spent on consumption.
Households and firms both do not indulge in savings.
