National Labor Relation Act is also called as Wagner Act. This act came into power in the year 1935. The main purpose of bringing this act in power is to take control of the workers dealing with strikes or with the people who raise any illegal demands and make confusion in the environment. This act is not applied to various workers who are dealing with the organizations such as domestic employees, agricultural employees and also the close relatives of the working employees.
The National Labor Relation Act also deals in bargaining collectively with the employees working in an organization. Before this act, employers were free to interrogate, discharge and then black-list various union members. The prime motive of this act is to make sure that the employees have the right to self-organize themselves. This whole act showed a big change in national labor policy.
