Labor-Canada

Labor-Canada

Project instructions:
Requirements:

The essay is to reflect on a historical debate about the events we are discussing (The historical context for this course is the BC province in Canada).

You will be expected to explore this in class, and then to take your notes home and to craft a more polished response to the discussion questions. The responses will be 900 words and will rely on readings from the course

This essay will reflect on the postwar compromise and the establishment of the Rand formula. Again you will look at the historical debates about the events of the postwar period, and offer your own analysis of the roots of the compromise, the significance for labour, the left, and British Columbians more generally, and the importance of the compromise today.

All the readings are uploaded in this DropBox Link:

You HAVE TO READ the articles that I uploaded to write this essay.
