Obstacles to project Management

There are many obstacles which come in the way of effective Project Management. There may lack of support or insufficient support from the higher management. The project plan maybe very complex sometimes and difficult to implement. There is many times, lack of funds and essential resources. Weak communication between the team members can affect the process big time. Many a times the leadership is not appropriate, hence the members fail to get proper guidance and support. Sometimes there is a possibility that the goals and objectives are not properly defined. Therefore, the members face difficulty in executing and accomplishing the project effectively.
