Also known as notebooks, are portable form of Desktop computers running on lithium ion batteries. They have the same features as that of desktops, some might be even better than them. They house a Liquid Crystal Display along with a track pad which acts as the mouse. This form of computer is very useful for those who travel a lot. They also normally run on Windows Xp, Windows 7 etc.
Laptops also can be connected to internet using Datacards or WiFi.
Apple, Lenevo are the most renowned makers of laptops.
