Your Rhetorical Analysis should:
Briefly introduce and describe the site.
Body:
Identify the intended audience/s and the purpose/s of the site. Is the main aim to inform, to persuade, or both?
Describe what rhetorical strategies the site uses in order to influence the intended audience. You should employ both Aristotelian techniques of ethos, pathos and logos, and general critical analysis. (You can also include a Toulmin analysis, if you so wish).
Explain how successful you consider the rhetorical strategies, and why.
In conclusion, suggest some methods by which persuasiveness on one or more sites could be improved.
Specific Rules for Writing the Paper:
1. Your paper should be at least three pages long and at most four pages long.
2. The paper should by typed, double-spaced, use 12 point, Times New Roman font with one inch margins, and it should include a title page with the title of the paper, your name, student ID#, date, and the name of your TA.
