Read “On Sheep, Wolves and Sheepdogs” by Dave Grossman (attached here). Reflect on this article along with what we have already learned regarding the characteristics of police subculture, particularly the major norms of secrecy, solidarity and social isolation (Thibault et al, 2011, pp. 18-25).

1.Describe the three major norms of the police subculture and how the concept of “Sheepdogs”, as presented in Grossman’s article, relate to them.
